The tomb of the King of Nam Viet during the Western Han Dynasty has been excavated, revealing a vast number of artifacts. Among them are over 1000 bronze objects, including bronze cauldrons, bronze vases, and bronze jars. The bronze jars exhibit a distinct Dong Son style. These are likely important pieces of evidence of prehistoric trade relations. The number of Dong Son bronze jars found at the tomb of the King of Nam Viet is relatively small compared to the number of Dong Son bronze jars found throughout Vietnam. Their shapes and patterns bear the Dong Son style, confirming the cultural and trade connections between these two prehistoric cultures.
