1. All posters need to be prepared and printed, ready for display before arriving at the conference. The IPPA conference committee will not print or reproduce poster submissions. Authors are fully responsible for preparing, printing and transporting their own posters.
2. Overall, the content of the poster is the decision of the authors, and must ensure accuracy, permissions (such as images or copyrighted materials), and any required acknowledgements or citations.
3. Posters should include a title and author information (Full name, Institution, Corresponding email)
4. Images should be large, clear and easily interpreted.
5. llIustrations and table captions are clear and understandable.
6. Use a resolution of 300 DPI in printing the poster to avoid pixelation.
7. Font size should be a minimum of 70 pt. for the title, and slightly smaller sub-headers.
8. For readability from about 1-2 meters, use 24 pt for general presentation (body) text,
9. References can be abbreviated and presented in 12 or 18 pt at the bottom of the poster.
10. Ensure that the final printed poster is durable and if possible, laminated.
11. The deadline for the submission of abstracts for posters is 31 March 2026.
