Since 2015-2018, at least 15 rock art sites have been discovered in the Bukit Bulan Karst Area, Sarolangun, Jambi Province. It shows that this area has a potential area related to the distribution of prehistoric sites and may contain evidence of traces of early human occupation, such as those in Lidah Ajer Cave in West Sumatra and Tiger Cave in South Sumatra. This exploratory research was carried out to look for new sites in the area and then make a detailed recording for research and preservation purposes. The methods used are GIS analysis to determine potential areas, field surveys, and data recording. In the recording process, the method used is digital documentation using photogrammetry and DStretch as image enhancement. Hopefully, this research can contribute to prehistoric archaeological research in Sumatra, especially in Jambi Province.
