CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

For the 22nd IPPA Congress, the registration fee is inclusive of membership and attendance to the conference. This is due in full at the time of registration. Online registration and payment is available via the IPPA-ANU payment portal. For all payments made online, please email a copy of the receipt or payment confirmation to  the IPPA Secretariat.

Full Conference Registration

Rate A    US $200 / 7600 THB

  AUD $270 (online via ANU-IPPA payment portal)

Registration from citizens and permanent residents of Australia, Canada, USA, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, China, Japan, Korea, and all other countries from Europe, Middle East and Africa

Rate B    US $100  / 3800 THB

AUD $135 (online via ANU-IPPA payment portal)

Registration from citizens and permanent residents of all countries from Asia (except Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, China, Japan and Korea)

Rate B    Student Registration: US $100 / 3800 THB

AUD $135 (online via ANU-IPPA payment portal)

This is only available to students that are currently enrolled. Please present proof of student status or enrolment upon registration. If registration is made online through the ANU payment portal, please email proof of enrolment with the payment confirmation to the IPPA Secretariat.

Day Registration

Rate A    US $50 / 1900 THB (per day) 

Citizens and permanent residents of Australia, Canada, USA, Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Japan, Korea, and all other countries from Europe, Middle East and Africa

Rate B    US $25 / 950 THB (per day)

Citizens and permanent residents of all countries from Asia (except Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Japan and Korea)

Payment Method

Payment of the CONFERENCE FEES includes your membership to IPPA.

Online Payment

Payments can be made online through the Australian National University PAYMENT PORTAL. Please note that the system only accept payments in AUD so depending on your bank, international transfer fees and other bank charges may apply. 

Please send your payment confirmation to the IPPA Secretariat as soon as you have successfully completed the transaction. For students, please include your proof enrolment with your payment receipt.

On-site Payment

We can only accept registration fees paid in CASH at the conference itself. This can be in THB (Thai Baht) or USD (United States Dollar).

Refund & Cancellation

Requests for cancellations and refunds can be made by writing to the IPPA Secretary General, by email secgen@ippasecretariat.org. Only cancellations received on or before the 1st November 2022 will be considered for a full refund. All other refund requests received up until the 6th November 2022 will be refunded less 25% for administration fees. Registration refunds will not be honoured after this date.

As an alternative, completed registration payments may be transferred to another person by advising the IPPA Secretariat in writing on or before the 6th November 2022. Please provide the full name and details of the person replacing you.

Conference Certificates

To reduce paper usage, we will only provide certificates upon request. Please indicate this clearly on your REGISTRATION FORM or contact the IPPA22 Organising Committee via email: ippa2022cgm@gmail.com for other requests.
